Returns and complaints

For all orders within the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason applies. 

The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@studionoire.si

Once the return is confirmed, you will receive further instructions on how to return the package.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund your purchase to the original payment method within 10 working days.

 

Returns are not possible for:

• opened or used cosmetic products,
• personalized products,
• items on sale or gift cards.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
